The shower pressure was fantastic, and the hot water was consistent. Breakfast included a variety of options, a real treat and helped kickstart the day on a positive note.

The bathrooms, although functional, felt dated and lacked adequate storage, made things a bit cramped. Noise from the hallway could be an issue, especially during busy times, impacting the overall comfort of the stay. Accessibility challenges were notable, particularly for those requiring wheelchair access. The rear entrance was steep and hindered maneuverability, which may pose a problem for solo travelers. Some rooms had inconsistent air flow, leaving me struggling to control the temperature, particularly during warmer days. While the artwork in the rooms added a unique charm, the overall decor felt somewhat passé, and the building's labyrinthine layout was a bit frustrating to navigate.

Toilets were dirty, but the room was really lovely and spotlessly clean.

We stayed in a guest room which was pet-friendly and freshly decorated. There were an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment in the room.

With several issues . I particularly appreciated the personalized service and the warm atmosphere in this charming hotel. The location, while a bit out of the central area, allows for a nice experience of the local culture and establishments.

The decor was decent, but lacking any hint of luxury. The sink tap was barely fixed-I mean, really? I anticipated a room upgrade as the royal treatment typically afforded to clients of my caliber, but alas, the staff seemed busy with other guests. I almost contemplated a solid review, but how could i without mentioning these 'minor' issues?

Garden level room next to a parking lot offers a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast spread included in room price, a real treat for the morning.

Accessing the handicap room presents challenges, particularly due to a steep ramp and a heavy door. WiFi signal struggles to reach certain rooms. Airflow in rooms is limited, leading to uncomfortably warm conditions, especially during a heat wave. Some rooms lack privacy, with unexpected intrusions being a concern, particularly if windows are left open.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. Transport into the city centre was very close by which included bus stops and a taxi rank.

We had triple rooms but were only supplied two large towels and two coffee cups, this was probably a mistake on our first day but when the same thing happened on the second day when it was obvious 3 beds had been slept in.

The room was spotless and neat and the breakfast was particularly nice. A lot of supplies in the room: central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television👌

The staff were excellent, the hotel was very good value for money and overall it was a very enjoyable experience

I found the staff at Uppercross House Hotel to be helpful, particularly with their thoughtful recommendations for nearby attractions. The attached pub, Mother Reilly's, offered good meals and a vibrant atmosphere.

Parking was challenging.

The convenience of where i needed to stay....

The room was atrociously small..... During the night and the next morning, everything could be heard from the room above, between the talking and walking, could hear everything...and the noise from same group in the hallways.... Also, had to wait while hotel found my booking from Booked.net... Was told at first i wasnt listed...
